How long does a direct-hire search take?

Most permanent searches take 4–8 weeks, depending on market conditions, seniority, and role complexity. We move with urgency, but we don’t rush evaluation good hiring decisions require clarity, not speed alone.

How do you assess candidates?

Rather than flooding you with resumes, we present a short list of three to four candidates we fully stand behind, each vetted against real performance expectations for the role.

How does pricing work for direct hires?

We usually quote a flat fee per hire, with one-third paid upfront to launch the search and the remainder due upon successful placement. Fees vary based on the role, level, and complexity involved. We take time to scope the search properly and agree on pricing in advance so there are no surprises along the way.

Do you offer grantees?

Yes. All direct hires under our flat-fee model include a six-month replacement guarantee. If a hire doesn’t work out for any reason during that period, we’ll conduct a replacement search at no additional professional fee.
