Our story
Poly began in 2006 with a simple idea: put people first and everything else follows. What started as a small recruiting practice grew into a trusted partner for companies across North America, with our relationships as the foundation.
When the world changed in 2020, so did we. We saw a future where great work could happen anywhere, and decided to make it possible. We expanded from Toronto to new markets including Southeastern Europe, South America, South Asia and beyond.
Today, we help organizations find and hire talent through Poly Tech Talent, our recruitment and global staffing arm, and using PolyCareers, our AI-powered job platform. Our story is evolving, and we’re just getting started!
