Your partner for global remote tech talent

We help North American companies build high-performing global tech teams, fully supported from hire to day-to-day delivery.

When remote work exploded, we saw two things at once: a huge opportunity and a large gap. Global hiring suddenly made perfect sense but most offshore suppliers were still operating like it was 2015. Long contracts, rigid models, and teams that felt disconnected from the work. There had to be a better way.

“We built a flexible model designed for companies today.”

If you need one great developer, we can do that. If you want a pod in one location or a team disbursed across time zones, we can do that too. You choose your people and lead the work. We take care of everything else including hiring, payroll, compliance, onboarding, and support. The result? Seamless and easy access to global remote talent, fully supported by us.

  • Global talent, local support

  • A dedicated team that knows your name and understands your goals

Because the world has changed, and the way you hire should too

We’ve been recruiting top tech talent since 2006, helping companies build teams that deliver results. The shift toward remote and distributed work has created new possibilities, but also new challenges. Many offshore providers treat global hiring like a numbers game: high volume, little flexibility, and even less understanding of what makes a great team.

We’ve built a different kind of model, designed for quality, and long-term partnership.

Cost efficiency, without compromise

You save money, but not at the expense of quality. We help you reduce overhead while hiring top-tier professionals who deliver strong technical work and integrate well with your team’s ways of working.

You remain in control

In our model, you have direct oversight of your global hires. You manage their work, we handle everything behind the scenes, like payroll, HR, and compliance.

Global reach, local support

We operate across key global regions: Latin America, Eastern Europe, and South Asia, for access to diverse talent, aligned time zones, and options that scale.

Seamless integration

Your global hires work directly with your team, not behind a project manager or agency wall. We screen for English fluency, strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure easy integration.

Built for long-term success

Many clients start with one hire, and scale after seeing the quality and consistency of our results. We invest in relationships, not one-off placements.

The hourly rate covers the consultant’s pay, statutory costs, and our end-to-end service from hiring and onboarding to ongoing support.

What is staff augmentation and how is it different from traditional hiring?

Staff augmentation happens when skilled people are added to your team without adding them to your payroll. You get dedicated consultants who work with you day-to-day, while we handle contracts, payroll, compliance, and support. It’s faster and more flexible than a full-time hire, and more integrated than traditional outsourcing.

Where is your talent based? Can we choose regions or time zones?

We build teams across North America, Latin America, the Balkans, Pakistan, and other select regions. We match you with people who can work in the right time zones and overlap windows that your team needs, so collaboration feels easy.

Who is the legal employer? How does payroll work?

We act as the legal employer through our local entities and partners. We handle contracts, payroll, and compliance in each country. You get a simple invoice from us, and we manage the rest in the background so you don’t need to set up entities or navigate local labour rules.

Is there a minimum engagement length or hours per week?

Most staff augmentation engagements are designed for longer-term needs (typically 1–2 years), but we don’t lock you in.

  • You have a 45-day notice period if you need to wind down a role.

  • Consultants typically work 8-hour days on a full-time basis.

If you need something lighter (reduced hours or shorter-term), we can talk through options.

How do you price your consultants?

That rate includes the consultant’s pay, statutory costs, exchange rates, and our end-to-end support for recruitment, onboarding, HR, equipment, compliance, and ongoing management. Rates vary by role and location, and we benchmark pay to local markets to keep talent strong and retained.

Who manages the consultants day-to-day?

You do. Consultants work as part of your team, attend your meetings, and follow your roadmap and priorities. We work in the background to support performance, step in if there are issues, and make sure the relationship works well for both sides.

How do you make sure the talent is a good fit?

We combine technical assessment with a deep understanding of how people work at their best in remote, distributed teams. As a result, on average, one in three candidates you interview is hired.

How do you manage availability, holidays, vacation, and sick days?

We take a proactive approach so there are no surprises.

  • Work hours & Responsiveness: We align on core hours, communication channels, and response expectations up front, and revisit them during onboarding.

  • Holidays & Vacation: We provide a calendar of public holidays for the consultant’s location before onboarding. Planned leave requests are submitted in advance (for example, 2 weeks for single days and around a month for longer breaks).

  • Sick days & Unexpected Absences: For unplanned absences, we keep you informed and, where needed, help reassign tasks or discuss temporary backup options from our network.

How do you handle security, IP, and confidentiality?

We take this very seriously.

  • All consultants sign strong confidentiality and IP assignment agreements.

  • We run background and security checks as part of onboarding.

  • Consultants use dedicated laptops and follow your security, access, and data-handling policies.

If you have specific security requirements, we’ll align with your standards during setup.

What happens if someone isn’t the right fit?

If it’s not working, we don’t leave you stuck. We’ll talk through what’s going on, then decide together whether to coach, adjust the role, or replace the consultant. Notice periods and replacement expectations are agreed up front, so you know exactly how it works before you start.

Predictable, supported, and built to scale

You approve hours monthly. We handle invoicing and payments. No cross-border admin or compliance headaches.
One rate, so you can scale with confidence.
